Privacy Policy

Heyy, my friend!! Angie here 👀🫶 In this privacy policy, I wanna be honest with you about the data I collect, what I use it for, how I keep it safe, etc. Lol, I did my best to make this easy to understand and reader-friendly 🤭🤍 But if there's anything that feels unclear, just shoot me an email and we'll talk about it. 👀🩷

1) Information I collect & what it's for

  • Interactions with and within my social accounts: On my social accounts, like YouTube and Pinterest, I use their native analytics to understand how you interact with my content there 👀 It includes views, watch time, demography, device, etc. Nothing is personally identifiable information, so no worries, I don‘t and can't track you across the platforms, lol 🩷

Why do I need this info? To help me pick the right moves 👀 For example, in mid-2025, I used to make YouTube Shorts because it brought me a lot of traffic. But when I saw the analytics and the keywords people used that led them to my content, which well… were crazily irrelevant to what I made (the keywords were like, 'fresh soup with broth', 'fish dishes', and 'anime'! 🤭), I stopped making Shorts. I then focused on long-form videos and started to invest more in SEO. Then, when I saw the old Shorts content brought me traffic because it has SEO, I now cut my long videos into longer short-form content to give more context to the people who find it through search 👀🫶

  • Website & blog activity: I use Umami analytics, which is designed to be GDPR-friendly, not collect personally identifiable information, and doesn't put cookies on your device(s). This means I can understand things like which pages you visit, how long you stay, the operating system (OS) you use, your location, how you found my website, etc. Yeah, general info that can belong to literally anyone 👀🩷 That said, I don‘t collect your IP address, name, or any other sensitive personal information (so you can breathe now 😮‍💨😂🩷). Plus, I don‘t have ads on my website and blog, so you don‘t have to worry about your data going anywhere 🫶🤭 And just like the social media ones, this analytics is also for helping me make decisions 🤍

  • Shopping and purchasing: If you buy something from my Love Art Shop, I'll need some information to make sure the transaction can go on 👀🩷 I need your email to send digital files, and your first name in case you wanna get updated when I craft something new (here for more info 👀🫶).

No worries, I don't automatically sign you up to my email list when you buy something 🫶 So if you don‘t opt-in to hear from me, I won‘t ever send you any emails other than: a) the one with the link to download the craft(s) you've purchased, b) another with the receipt, and c) an automated email to ask for your feedback about the art 🩷

When you're making a purchase, your financial info is taken care of directly through the payment processor I use (Paypal) ✨ It means I (and PayHip, the company I trust to host my little shop) don’t own your card details at all 😗🩷 Hehee… we won't peek at your card numbers, promise 🤭🫶 So your financial info is safe with the one who can handle it well 🤍✨

  • Email lists: When you choose to hear from me (through forms in my blogs, website, or if you tick the box that shows up when you're buying something from the Love Art Shop (the checkbox about getting new updates 👀)), I'll let you know about new crafts I make, new projects I do, when I need a break, and gentle reminders that I hope will soothe and help you feel at peace and optimistic about where you're heading to ✨ Sometimes, I'll send you gifts too (like discounts and free gifts whenever my heart calls).

But nope, I don‘t do lead magnets where I collect your email out of nowhere just because you've downloaded something (that never sits right with me, if I can be honest 🩷). So if you decide to hear from me, it means the form explicitly says so. And if you make a purchase and don't opt-in to get updated, no worries about receiving unsolicited emails, lol (you'll only receive this 🤍 (link to the point about purchase).

  • Communication: In case you reach out to me about my crafts you've just bought, I'll need your purchase info to know which one(s) you bought, which email you use, and the problem(s) we’re solving 👀🫶 That way, I can help you effectively with what you need ✨

I trust Atomic Mail to host my email because they're privacy-friendly 👀🫶 So when you share your purchase data with me, you won‘t have to worry it'll go anywhere 🩷 PS. I'm talking about my side, okay? 👀 In case you wanna be fully private, you can text me using privacy-focused email too, love 👀🩷

For transparency, because I simply forward my emails, even if you text me on one of my @angielovey.me emails, my replies will always come from @atomicmail.io 🫶🤍 And sometimes they can go to spam, so you can check it there if you're waiting for my replies 😅🫶

2) Cookies & similar technologies

  • Because the analytics I use (Umami) doesn’t place cookies, and because I don't place ads on my websites, you won't have to worry about being tracked across the internet just because you visited my website 😂🫶 Read whatever you want, I won‘t know it's you 😂🩷

  • When you come to my little shop, Love Art Shop, you'll get cookies to make sure the site functions smoothly (like, for login and authentication 🫶✨), to get recommendations that are personalised based on what you need, and to remember items in your shopping cart so that you don't lose them, etc 👀🩷

Plus, I need accurate data to understand my shop (what works, what doesn't, and so on) so that I can pick the right moves and what to focus on (yeah, just like with social media 😗🩷). But no worries, it doesn't include personally identifiable information, so I won‘t know which exact person visits which page(s)/product(s). No worries, I'm not gonna stalk you, promise 😂🫶✨

If you wanna know more deeply, you can read the complete version by Payhip directly 👀🫶 Here, my friend 🩷

  • If you click on my affiliate links, the service providers I recommend to you will place cookies so that they know that you came from my links. That way, I can get compensated for helping them spread the word and helping you find them 👀🩷 Lol, no worries, I don't use those cookies for tracking or advertising 🤍 So… you're safe 🤭🫶

PS. If you wanna know which platforms I'm talking about here, it‘s in the next section (article 3) ✨👇

3) Third-party services

  • Systeme.io: The one I trust with my website, blogs, and email updates. They're one of the best ones I couldn’t stop recommending 🤍😗

  • Payhip: I host my beloved Love Art Shop with them. That's why I'm happy to recommend them to other small creators like me (yepp, I'm their affiliate too!) 👀🫶

  • Atomic Mail: They help me communicate with you through their privacy-friendly email 👀💌 Feels soo safe 🫶

  • Umami Analytics: A privacy-conscious and GDPR-friendly analytics that helps me understand my sites without collecting personal identifiers ✨😗

  • PayPal: The payment processor I use to help you (and me) do the transactions securely 🩷👀

4) Data retention & security

  • I try my best to just collect as liiiittle data as possible and only the ones needed to manage the sites, make decisions, fulfil your orders, and respond to messages (just like in point number 1 👀).

PS. Analytical data stays with the analytics providers based on their privacy policies, while transactional data will for legal records and tax purposes 🩷✨ I talk about it more in the next section (article 5 👀).

  • Even though no interactions on the internet are fully secure (yeah, I wanna be honest with this one 🥹🩷), I monitor my sites' security regularly so that your data stays protected from any unauthorised access or disclosure 👀🤍 And I'll take security actions about it when I see something isn't right 🫶

5) Your rights and choices

  • You can ask to access, correct, or even delete your data that I have (depends on the types, of course. Because there is some data that I myself can't even touch or edit 😗🩷).

  • For data on Umami analytics, because no personal data is stored, it's not possible to do individual deletion 🤍👀 But no worries, the data will be automatically deleted after 6 months of it being collected. 🫶

  • If you wanna delete your purchase data on my Love Art Shop, unfortunately I can‘t change it myself 🩷🥹 You can contact PayHip directly because they're the one having control over it. They'll help you with that, for sure 👀🫶🤍

  • You can unsubscribe from my email updates at literally any time 🫶👀 You just need to click the blue text (the one that says, "Don’t resonate anymore, friend? 👀🤍 Click here to unsubscribe) on the very bottom of any of the emails 🫶 Yeah, as easy as that! 😗🩷

6) Children’s privacy

  • My crafts are only for your inner child 🤭 (yeahh, you, grown-up adult! 😂🫶), and not for an actual child 👀 It means I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 🙅‍♀️

So if you're a parent or guardian and you think your child has given any personal data to me, just shoot me an email and I'll take care of it properly 🫶😮‍💨

7) Changes to this policy

  • From time to time, I’ll update this policy if I change something in how I do my creative work and/or to align with legal requirements 👀🩷 So you'll need to check this page regularly (not every day, of course 😂🫶 You know what I mean 😂🫶) 🩷

  • And if there are huge changes, I'll let you know directly via the email updates 👀

PS. If you're not in my email lists, I can‘t send you emails 👀 So you can just come back to this page at any time 🫶

8) How to contact me

  • If you have any questions, concerns, or requests about this privacy policy or your data, just reach out to me here: legal@angielovey.me. I'll get back to you in a reasonable time 😗🩷

  • If you wanna talk with me about things other than privacy, data, and terms and conditions, you can go to this page instead and find what you're looking for there 👀🫶

Thanks for being here, my friend 🤗🤍

Take care, okay? 😗

~ Love, Angie
