When crafting a piece, I focus on its depth and quality. For me personally, what matters most is the emotional impact and the genuineness of each craft. Even though we live in an era when mass production is a thing, I don't believe that more = better, especially for something sacred like art. If a story, message, and feeling only need 5 pages, 1 minute, or 1 small frame to express, then that's what the craft ends up becoming.

When sharing my crafts, I sometimes mould them in multiple mediums that I feel people would love to enjoy. One of the examples is how I craft my poems in a poetry book as a full collection while also serving them individually for people who simply want to enjoy one poem at a time, maybe to listen to it, to read it on their devices, to print it, or to hang it around their homes. Because each of these mediums has different complexities to craft with, I price them differently too based on the purposes they serve 💐.

On each craft's landing page, you'll find the story behind each craft (sometimes with how the craft was born), the technical details of what each variation (file sizes, formats, etc.) is, what each variation includes, what each variation is for, the craft's pictures, and other relevant information unique to each piece/medium.

What's said in each craft's landing page (the story, technical details, variations, pictures, etc.) is exactly what the craft is; no more and no less 🩷. If I don't mention bonuses, discounts, or extras there, then there aren't any for the specific craft 🫶.

I'd love our interactions to be as transparent as possible, so on each craft's landing page, I've also put the links to the FAQ page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms and Conditions. Take your time to read these too, my friend, and please honour your instincts if any of them don't feel good to you 🤍.

From time to time, I'll update the crafts’ pricing and availability to align with how I can keep creating sustainably.

Sometimes, I'll raise the price(s) to support myself against inflation, while other times, I'll give discounts and giveaways to share the joy with more people.

Right now, my crafts in the Love Art Shop aren't available in some countries. The taxes are complicated for one-woman artists like me to handle for now. You can go to this page and see if your country is one of them 🩷.

When you're purchasing my craft(s), please make sure the payment information you give is correct so that your purchase can be processed ✅ (because if you typed one digit wrong and it turned out to be someone else's card... that's... 🤭😂🫶. Heheee... kidding!)

When you buy a digital craft(s), you'll get instant access to the download page right away after the payment. You'll also get an email with the link to the download page, so that redownload the craft(s) again whenever you need it 💌. It'll be sent directly to your inbox (or the inbox of the person you're gifting, if you buy it as a gift for someone 🩷), along with another email with the receipt. So to make sure these are sent to right person, please make sure the email you're typing is the right one 🫶.

Refunds can't be done for digital crafts 🫶. For digital crafts, the process is automatic, so you'll get the exact crafts I've uploaded with no defects or missing items. If you can't access the craft(s) after the purchase, just text me here. I'll be happy to help you with it 🤗🩷.

Be human, see others as our fellow humans, and just be real. Nah, we don‘t do those “perfect", unsustainable social media “growth” here 🫶. Mistakes are fine; conflict is normal; and disagreement is healthy. We're all flawed in some ways, so let's not bring others down, make them lose hope, shame them, or judge them here.

When you disagree with someone and/or want to talk with them about it, please remember that they're humans with feelings too. So please don't make them feel small, incompetent, like they haven't tried enough, rushed, anxious, or unappreciated just to feel right.

Be genuine. No need to perform or be "interesting" here; come as you are. We don't do that validation-seeking, individualistic, isolating, competitive, perfectionist, judgemental, fear-based, lack-based, ego-based, self-”improvement”, hustle culture “growth” here. Let's just talk, connect, and share our journey as human beings with stories who decide to gather here together.

Sincerity matters. Please don't do those "polite” but insincere demeanour, manipulation, and/or passive-aggressive behaviours here. Let's just be honest when we talk, say what we really mean, and treat each other with genuine care 🩷.

I (and you) have the right to report and remove illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing content in any of my online spaces.

If the interactions ever goes toxic or harmful, I'll do my best to communicate and solve the misunderstanding. But if it goes beyond what I can handle, then I have the right to block the person, remove content (comments, community posts, etc.), or stop the access (even if it's paid content) to protect myself and the people in my online spaces 🩷. I hope we're clear that by interacting in any of my online spaces, we're all committed to mutually respecting and caring for one another 🩷.

My crafts are artistic expressions, and they're born from my subjective interpretation as the artist. It means they're never meant to be professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice, etc.

For any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages caused by how you use my crafts, I can't take responsibility for them 🫶. I trust that when you've bought and used my crafts, it means you already read and understand the boundaries in these Terms and Conditions, including what my craft's are/aren't and who they are/aren't for.
