In each craft I make, what I share with you is the content, and not the medium(s) 😗🤍✨. It means when I offer a one-page PDF craft, what I'm handing you is what's inside it 😗🩷. I don't (and don't have the intention to) treat my crafts as a commodity or fast art (because more ≠ better 🫶).

Generally, in each product description, I put the short background about the craft, the link to the full story behind the craft(s) (and/or my diary entries/videos related to what I talk about in the craft(s)), and the craft(s)’s details 😗🤍.

If it's a course from my With Love, Your Friend collection, you‘re also gonna see the preview of one/two of the sessions and the explanation about what we're gonna do, how we're gonna do them, etc. Yeah, it's pretty much like this, in general 😗🫶. But it can be different for each course based on what's inside it 😗🩷.

The full story behind each craft(s) (and/or my diary entries/videos related to what I talk about in the craft(s)) is more helpful to help you decide if a craft is the right one for you than just reading the product description 😗🫶. While reading the short background and the craft’s details can give you context about what it is, the full story behind each craft(s) (and/or the related diary entries/videos) can give you a full context about the emotional journey behind why I craft the artwork in the first place ✨🩷.

The prices and product descriptions are exactly what you get, with no more and no less 😗🫶. If it says one 30-minute audio or five videos with exercises, then it is exactly that 👀🩷. So if the description(s) doesn't say anything about bonuses 👀, then it means there's no such thing inside, unless I explicitly say there are bonuses ✨🫶.

From time to time, I'll update my crafts’ pricing and availability to align with how I can keep creating sustainably in the long term (example: raising the price(s) to support my life against inflation) or to help more people benefit from my work (example: discounts, gifts, giveaways, etc.) 👀✨. I can't promise I'll always announce or give updates whenever I do this. But I can promise that if you've purchased the craft(s) before the changes, you won‘t have to pay anything else 😗🫶 (because it's technically and legally already yours, no? 👀🩷).

When you're purchasing my craft(s), you need to make sure that the payment information you give is correct (because it can't be processed if the info is incorrect 😗🩷, or even worse… you type one digit wrong and it‘s someone else's card 🤭😂🫶. Kidding! I know it doesn‘t work like that 😂. But you know what I mean 🤭🩷) 👀🫶.

If you buy a digital craft(s), it's gonna be sent automatically to your email 💌 (or the email of the person you're gifting, if you buy it as a gift for someone 😗🩷). It means you need to make sure you type the right email on the form 👀🫶. But no worries, in case you accidentally typed the wrong email, then just text me and I'll help you with it 🫶✨. Because no matter what, you/the person you‘re gifting will get access to the craft(s) 😗🩷.

If it's a digital product, there won‘t be any refunds because you'll get instant access and/or the download link(s) after you click “Buy”. Because it's automatic, what you'll get is exactly what you've purchased that I've crafted and listed in my shop with the content matching the product description(s) and resources I've put there 🩷✨.

If it's a physical product, you'll get 100% refunds because while I design the content, I won‘t handle the production and fulfilment myself 😗🫶. I'll be working with print-on-demand vendors I trust (I'll share more with you later here in these Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policy once I create physical crafts) 👀🩷. While I do my best to only collaborate with trusted partners, choose the safest packages, and order samples first, I have less control over the individual orders.

Be human 😗🤍. Gosh, we don‘t do those “perfect", unsustainable social media “growth” here 😂🫶.

See others as humans who are learning and evolving with us 🩷. We don‘t bring someone down, make them lose hope, shame them, or judge them here 🥹. Their mistakes are theirs to own, not ours to grade 🤍.

Bring each other up for success 🩷✨. We don‘t do individualistic, isolating, competitive, perfectionist, judgemental, fear-based, lack-based, ego-based, self-”improvement”, hustle culture “growth” here 🥹🤍.

Be genuinely kind and open ✨🫶. While rudeness isn't tolerated here, “polite” but insincere demeanour, manipulation, and passive-aggressive behaviours are also strictly not welcomed 😤🫶. Say what you really mean and respect others as our equals 👀🫶.

When you disagree with someone and/or wanna correct them, please do it in ways that don't make them feel small, incompetent, like they haven't tried enough, rushed, or/and unappreciated ❌🥹🫶.

When I suggest a way, you shouldn’t treat it as the truth 😗🫶. While I only recommend things that personally work for me, that's the thing: they work for me. It means there's a chance that what works for me won't work for you 🩷🫶. Not because any of us are wrong, but because we're simply two people who can‘t be 100% the same 😗🤍.

Illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing content isn't allowed in any of my online spaces ❌.

If anything ever goes toxic or harmful, I'll do my best to communicate and solve the misunderstanding 👀🫶. But if it goes beyond what I can handle, then I have the right to block the person, remove content (comments, community posts, etc.), or stop the access (even if it's paid content) to protect myself and the people in my online spaces 🫶🩷. I hope we're clear that by interacting in any of my online spaces, we're all committed to mutually caring for and respecting each other 🩷.

I make my crafts only for inspiration, reflection, entertainment, companionship, and personal growth 😗✨. So they're not replacements for professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice, etc 👀🩷. (I'm an artist, y’know? Not a lawyer, doctor, psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, or accountant 😗🤍).

I can't promise that my crafts will give you a certain, definitive result 😗🫶🩷. Just like every craft out there, mine will work for some people and won't work for some others ✨🩷. It depends on if we're aligned or not, if we want similar/different things, if how we do life matches, etc. (Yeah, it's a human interaction too, after all 😗🩷).
